1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including box, tags, and any accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at info@cloudstep-sneakers.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
  • Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • Pack the item(s) securely and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

4. Return Shipping

Cloudstep covers all return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you free of charge once your return request has been approved. You will not be responsible for any return shipping fees.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cloudstep-sneakers.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
