  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free standard shipping on all US orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship to countries worldwide, free of charge.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Cloudstep ships from the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Cloudstep.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@cloudstep-sneakers.com.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Cloudstep is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at info@cloudstep-sneakers.com and we will do our best to assist you.
  • For packages lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or issue a replacement.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • Cloudstep is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
